This article presents a unique case of the condition, highlighting its characteristic clinical features. The patient, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with acombination of symptoms that included fatigue, visual disturbances, and abdominal pain. These symptoms were fluctuating in nature, resulting a comprehensive medical evaluation.
